We’re getting down the wire! Christmas is coming up this week (how time flies!) and we hope you’re taking at least a little time to relax and enjoy in the midst of all your holiday preparations. Like many, we’ve got some family coming in from out of town, and we like to have some adult beverages that everyone (over 21, of course) can enjoy. Enter this Vegan Irish Cream. You heard right. Vegan. Irish. Cream. Serve it over ice with a rosemary garnish and you’ll be #allkindsofjolly. Enjoy responsibly please!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup New Barn Organic Sweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup full-fat culinary coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp instant coffee
1/3 cup Irish whiskey

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar (this recipe fits in a 16oz), close the lid tight, and shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, SHAAAAAAAAAAAKE (seriously) for about 5 minutes. It feels like a long time, but it’ll be worth it.
  2. Serve it over ice with a sprig of rosemary.
  3. Keeps well in the fridge, but you’ll need to give it a shake before serving as it may separate.
